So I’ve been sitting on some news since January, waiting for things to come into focus. And now, since it’s official and even in print, I’m happy to announce that I’m now writing a weekly column for the Daily Journal {Franklin, IN}. Weekly, I’ll be bringing Money Saving, Debt Slaying rants valuable information to greater Johnson County {and perhaps other papers in the near future, too}.
Unfortunately, unless you are a Daily Journal subscriber, you can’t read the content online. However, I am excited to bring you my column the following week here on Queen of Free on Thursday AMs. I’ll be honest, if you’re a die hard, longtime Money Saving Lord or Lady, you’ll probably already know most of what I’m sharing. All the same, I don’t want you to miss out.
And can I just say thank you very quickly? If it weren’t for you reading and sharing our story, this new opportunity would never had happened {same goes with my Weekly WTHR segment}. I’m continually amazed at what God wants to do in and through our story – a part of our lives that long remained in the dark and wielded great power over our souls until He brought it into the light and freed us from the oppression of debt. I’m also continually encouraged by those of you who have long been our cheerleaders, co-journeyers, and support network.
Each time someone emails me about getting out of debt, learning to live simply, relaxing into contentment, giving generously, or beginning to maximize everything they’ve been given, I remember one of the reasons why God placed me on the planet.
