It’s once again Monday so that means it’s time to begin the Royal Menu Plan! I’m very excited to bring you a newly designed Meal Planner to help you in your meal planning endeavors. Special thanks to Lady Jackie of Blessings Overflowing for her design genius.

Monday:

Thursday {Princess Youngest’s 5th Birthday! So this is her meal of choice}
Macaroni & Cheese {yep, the boxed kind}

Birthday Cake Rice Krispy TREATS, ya’ll.
Friday:
Homemade Pizza {Thin Crust Recipe}
Topped with Turkey Pepperoni, Red Onion, & Mushroom
Salad
Saturday:
Brunch: Cereal, Toast, Fruit, Oatmeal
Dinner: Little Caesar’s Pizza, Letter Foods {Pretzels, Cookies, anything else to go with our Super Why Fete}, Veggies, Fruit, Snacks
Sunday:
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: PBJ or Grilled Cheese, Veggies, Fresh Fruit
Planning meals was definitely one of the biggest keys for success in our paying off over $127K in debt. It’s an easy step to make the most of what you have and keep you out of the drive thru. If craziness ensues {which often it does in the Queendom}, I’m not afraid to swap out a quicker meal on a different deal or even jumble around our side dishes. I just have peace of mind and am prepared to make any of the meals listed before the week begins. And that keeps us from overspending at the grocery store {or restaurant} and making the highest best use of what we have purchased.
