It’s not even Thursday but you’re still going to get a royal dose of three things today before I forget. 🙂
1) I am obsessing about the Inexpensively Blissdom Ticket Contest. If you haven’t voted yet, please do so. If you have voted, could you please find 3 other people (only one person/IP address so they have to be using another computer) to vote as well? Let me stress again, that we really live this frugal thing religiously and so it would be out of the question for me to go any other way. It’s been very back and forth and right now I’m behind. *le sigh*
Just in case you wondered, I know Lady Emily, the DesignHERMomma. And she is an absolutely amazing woman. Seriously, I am very picky about people I’d give such a title and she is lovely. We actually hung out this week and joked around about throwing down in the parking lot to settle who was going to Blissdom (she would have won; she had a baby in a carrier that would have knocked me flat). And she would love to go as well. So even if I don’t win, I win. I would love to see Emily go, too.
2) The Tupperware Pantry Giveaway is still going strong. You have SIX ways to enter for over $135 worth of Tupperware goodness. I still drool over my cabinets almost a week later. And for your information, my pantry is still very organized.
3) I was SO blessed to hang out with a TON of my favorite bloggers like SupaMama Lady Jen from 4tunate, the indescribable Lady Casey the moosh, the sweet Lady Chris a.k.a. Punkinmama, the lovely Lady Bargain Briana, the aforementioned Lady Emily the DesignHERMomma, Lady Jeanette the Pasta Queen, Lady Mrs. Blonde, the adorable Lady Michelle of Gotcha Baby, Lady Hannah whom I can’t remember her URL, (a few others I’m unfortunately blanking on so I need to check Lady Briana’s attendance list) and Loyal Royal Readers Lady Amber (our fearless driver), Lady Kristin, and Lady Shelli. Why were this many amazing bloggers gathered? We were there to see the one, the only and super thrifty (not to mention adorable) Lady Erin – The Five Dollar Dinner Mom. Yay. She signed my book and I oogled her baby (he’s in the background and is SO sweet). And Lady Casey was kind enough to use my camera from the dark ages to take our picture together.
If that little gathering was anything like an ounce of Blissdom, I need me some more.

For real! You were just always right out of my grasp last night. But your general company will have to do for now. We should all get together more often. It was way to easy. 🙂
Thanks sister. I still have several things to get “back in line” and add but for now it’ll work. Eventually we’re headed toward a WordPress/New Logo and Header/New URL sort of format. It will be awhile though (when funds are available). 🙂
Would have LOVED to have you tag along, Lady Jackie. They are all amazingly wonderful people. Yes, what I’ve done thus far is all on my own. I eventually will have some professional help but right now the budget doesn’t allow for it.
SO glad you were able to come and drive, too! It was so fun to get out and about and hang out with so many bloggers that I love and admire with some non-bloggers who I love and admire.
