Oh hai! Remember me? I took an unexpected bloggy-cation last week. I hope you weren’t too worried. Nothing was really wrong, I just needed a bit of a break and to chase the Princesses around for awhile while they enjoyed their summer. Annnnd, we had an appraisal to re-fi our house. Hallelujah, our house is very clean and the house appraised higher than we needed it to for our rate.
