I believe I *may* have mentioned it before but I’m a BIG fan of the Amazon Subscribe & Save Program. There are several reasons. Among them:
- I don’t have to go to the physical store. Staying out of the store keeps me from making unnecessary purchases.
- Most of the time, a well crafted deal comes in under what I’d pay in the store.
- I can use gift cards I earn from Swagbucks & other rewards programs to pay for the items.
- Did I mention I don’t have to go to the store?
But it dawned on me that you might wonder what sorts of items I purchase. Typically, it’s things like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaners, and personal care items like toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, etc. I usually order at least 5 different items {this bumps your Subscribe & Save Discount from 5% to 15%}. When the items ship, I’ll cancel the subscription. The prices are not locked in from month to month and I wouldn’t want something to ship automatically without me seeing the deal and making sure it was royally worthy. Here’s what I ordered for the month of April and the deals that I scored:
Dove Go Sleeveless Antiperspirant/Deodorant, Fragrance Free, 2.6 oz Stick (Pack of 4) currently priced at $13.96 for a one-time delivery but $11.87 with the 15% Subscribe & Save Discount you get when ordering 5 items or more {until you order 5 items, it will reflect a 5% discount which would be ~$13.26. After you order 5 items, all of your items will drop the 15% in price}. There’s a $1/1 coupon which drops the price further to $10.84 or $2.72/Stick of Deodorant. Amazon prices fluctuate daily and when I ordered this item it was actually a wee bit cheaper with the discount and coupon and I spent $8.87 total {EEP, I wish I would have posted this then!} or $2.22/Stick of Deodorant.
Clean & Clear Deep Action Exfoliating Scrub, Oil-Free, 5 Ounce (Pack of 2) currently priced at $9.94 for a one time delivery but $8.45 with the 15% Subscribe & Save Discount you get when ordering 5 items or more {until you order 5 items, it will reflect a 5% discount which would be ~$9.44. After you order 5 items, all of your items will drop the 15% in price}. That makes each tube ~$4.23 which I *might* be able to coupon a few cents cheaper in store in the perfect storm but I was ok with paying {of course in gift card}.
Crest Pro-health Multi-Protection Alcohol Free, Clean Mint/Clear Mint (Package may vary), 1-liter Bottles (Pack of 3) currently priced at $16.52 for a one-time delivery but $14.04 with the 15% Subscribe & Save Discount you get when ordering 5 items or more {until you order 5 items, it will reflect a 5% discount which would be ~$15.69. After you order 5 items, all of your items will drop the 15% in price}. There was a $1.50/1 coupon {I can’t find the direct link today but I’m hoping it’s just “disappeared” since I’ve already used it} which drops the price further to $12.54 or $4.18/bottle.
Disney Princess Multi Vitamin Gummies, 180-Count currently priced at $9.78 for a one-time delivery but $8.31 with the 15% Subscribe & Save Discount you get when ordering 5 items or more {until you order 5 items, it will reflect a 5% discount which would be ~$9.29. After you order 5 items, all of your items will drop the 15% in price}. There was a $2/1 coupon {I can’t find the direct link today but I’m hoping it’s just “disappeared” since I’ve already used it} which drops the price further to $6.31. I don’t think I could have gotten this one cheaper in store even with stackable coupons. Pretty sweet deal for the big bottle.
Oral-B Prohealth All-In-One Medium Toothbrush, Colors May Vary, 1 Count currently priced at $2.97 for a one-time delivery but $2.52 with the 15% Subscribe & Save Discount you get when ordering 5 items or more {until you order 5 items, it will reflect a 5% discount which would be ~$2.82. After you order 5 items, all of your items will drop the 15% in price}. There was a $1.50/1 coupon {I can’t find the direct link today but I’m hoping it’s just “disappeared” since I’ve already used it} which drops the price further to $1.52. This was an “ok” deal for a nice toothbrush but it was key as it pushed me over the edge for the 15% discount and which was more than worth the $1.52.
Again, prices and coupons appear and disappear from Amazon’s pages frequently so if you do a little investigation of your own, you might find a great deal on a product you use regularly in your household. My apologies if you can’t get the exact prices I got on these items yourself. I spent $37.69 & stocked up on items I won’t have to buy for months.

A few final notes about Subscribe & Save:
- Amazon has recently changed their Subscribe & Save Program so all of your items ship on 1 select day/month {ours is April 30th this month}.
- As always, once your item(s) ship, be sure to cancel your subscription so that they do not automatically ship the next month {prices are NOT locked in at the same rate}.
- The 15% Discount does NOT apply to diapers or wipes.
