Howwwdeeee Lords and Ladies! I hope that you’re doing fine this fair Monday Morning. The Queendom is a total wreck right now with suitcases from the weekend semi-unpacked, dirty dishes galore, and clean laundry being scattered on the floor by the Youngest Princess as I type (not to mention the fact that she thinks Cheerios make a GREAT accent for our carpet and that crunch under your feet feels grrrrreattt!).
Here’s what’s new in the Queendom (because having a messy house just isn’t new for me!).
- We had a fantastic time in Liberty, IN where I feel like I learned just as much about couponing from 29 wonderful ladies as they did from me. The King and I stayed at a fantastic B&B which was perfect (someday I’ll have to post on the cost effectiveness of staying at a B&B over a hotel). And as we were leaving, we saw a man with a fox . . . on his head (not just the tail part but a hat where you could see the eyes). I should have taken a picture. It was simply awesome.
- That being said, I’m having more Royal Coupon Classes fill my calendar these days. The classes I’m scheduling right now are private classes but I’m hoping to add a Public one sometime soon, too. I hear your cries Indianapolis area. 😉 It’s just a matter of finding a good location.
- I’m hearing FABULOUS things about Swag Bucks‘ 2nd Birthday this week! Stay tuned for more details but it will involve special Swag Codes for Queen of Free readers. WOOHOO.
- Speaking of Birthdays, the Youngest Princess’ 2nd Birthday is less than a month away and so I’m beginning to think about partying. Wednesday and Thursdays’ tips will revolve around celebrating kids’ birthdays without overspending.
- I’ve had a couple of print media interactions in the past couple of weeks and I’m hoping soon I can tell you about them. And I ended up linked out on Hallmark’s Blog at the end of last week which is nifty. 🙂
- Last but not least, I had a bit of a stomach bug over the weekend so if you thought I dropped off the grid, I did. Luckily, my germs are not spread throughout the internet so you should be good.
