Pancakes (this is our Pancake Mix of choice in the Queendom)

Wednesday: Chicken Stir Fry
Featuring Prince Edward Mix (yay Aldi!), Mushrooms, and Water Chestnuts
Brown Rice
Apple Sauce
Thursday: BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
Peas
Carrot Sticks
Banana Bread with Dark Chocolate Chips for dessert
Friday: Turkey Pepperoni Pizza (crust recipe here)
Romaine Salad
Fruit Smoothies
Saturday: Leftovers/PBJ for lunch
Grilled Pork Chops
Green Beans
Quinoa
Sunday: Broccoli Cheese Rice Soup for lunch

Fabulous Lady Kara! It really helps us to be a little more organized so that we get the best bang for our buck. It doesn’t mean that we don’t occasionally deviate from the plan when necessary but overall it insures I have what I need to fix dinner, that we eat balanced, have plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day, and really eat the food we buy. 🙂 Good luck with your new blog btw. I’ve bounced over there a couple of times and will keep tabs on your new pursuit.
