Ok Lords and Ladies, you may have noticed that I’ve been a little more absent than normal around these parts. If you’re A Fan of the Queen of Free Facebook (which you TOTALLY should be because it’s one of the very best and easiest ways to know what’s up in my world) you might have a clue as to what’s up. I’ve been flat on my back (ok, not quite but close). After going to the doctor, I found out that somehow I’ve got some sort of crazy fibroids on my lower back and ow. I can’t get up and down without groaning and sounding like an OLD lady! Insane. So sitting in my chair and blogging today has been out of the question. 🙁 But since the youngest princess is in bed now and I can stretch the extension cord across the living room floor without the threat of her wrapping herself up in the cord, ripping it out of my laptop, or learning how to double dutch with it I can FINALLY blog from the comfort of our recliner.
And so I won’t waste much more of your time yammering and get to the Freebies! Sorry for my absence and know that you’ve been on my mind even if my fingers haven’t been on the keyboard.

I have a coworker who has had severe back problems in the past, and SWEARS that refined sugars are to blame for inflaming nerve endings, and when he cut them out of his diet, he was healed.
All that to say- blame the cupcakes. 😉
