Greetings Lords and Ladies! I apologize for not blogging yesterday. I was saying goodbye to a family friend at a funeral and then traveling back home to the Royal Castle and then simply too wiped out to even think about anything, let alone blog. So if you were wondering where I was, there you have it. I finally got to spend some time hanging out in my kitchen this morning, cleaning out the fridge and freezer, doing some veggie chopping and other prep work (now if someone would come and do my dishes!) so I’m finally ready to plan some meals up! Here’s what’s for dinner on the Royal Table this week.
