So probably the absolute last thing I needed was another blog to read but after Blissdom my RSS feeder is STUFFED to the brim. I thought that I would share three sites that I’ve been crushing on lately.
1) the DIY Dish. Oh my crafty brothers and sisters, rejoice. You know the Queen doesn’t have one ounce of crafty ability in her whole body and these very fun twin sisters AMAZE me. I could totally see them rocking HGTV with their fun personalities and very accessible . You can also find their creative juices flowing with some free downloadable patterns on You Can Make This, SWAKEmbroidery, and You can Quilt This. I know. Me. Reading a crafty blog. Stranger things have happened. And btw, when I met either Kris or Kim (I can’t remember who’s who because they’re twins) one of them is DEBT FREE and a Ramsey-ite just like you and me!
2) Kevin Carroll, the keynote speaker was amazing. I’ve spent some time nosing around his blog and just picked up his book, Rules of the Red Rubber Ball: Find and Sustain Your Life’s Work from the library. It’s my non-fiction read for the month of February. I’ve been nosing back through his older posts and watching fun videos.
3) I could get lost on Cooking With Caitlin for hours. Between the amazing Recipes, Online Cooking Classes, and Show (you can see 5 minutes or so of Harry Connick, Jr. on there) . . . yum. Can you say Avocado Whip Heaven?
