Have Your Birthday Ice Cream (and eat it too)

I may have mentioned that I’m turning the big 3-4 next Tuesday.  I actually love my birthday (aging gracefully here).  One reason is that I get seven days of celebrating, courtesy of the King of Free.  He calls it the Seven Days of Cherie and each day I get some sort of gift to celebrate.  It’s a tradition he started our first year of our marriage and has continued.  Now the Princesses love getting in on the action, too.  Obviously the gifts aren’t extravagant but they are very thoughtful and sometimes they aren’t things at all.  He always surprises me.  *Cue the haters, eye rolling, and gagging.

• Orange Julius’ OJ Quench Club also sends you a special coupon on your birthday.  It’s kind of like ice cream, right?  I’m not a big fan so I don’t partake in this one.
