Oh the snow . . . it’s really trying to throw me off my game today. It is MARCH. Not December. Really it’s almost APRIL. This is jut plain ridiculous! Planning meals was definitely one of the biggest keys for success in our paying off over $127K in debt. It’s an easy step to make the most of what you have and keep you out of the drive thru. If craziness ensues {which often it does in the Queendom}, I’m not afraid to swap out a quicker meal on a different deal or even jumble around our side dishes. I just have peace of mind and am prepared to make any of the meals listed before the week begins. And that keeps us from overspending at the grocery store {or restaurant} and making the highest best use of what we have purchased.
