Hooray, it’s a short week for us here in the Queendom this week! You might remember we’re celebrating paying off our credit cards waaay back in February by going to Great Wolf Lodge (paid fully with cash!) this Wednesday and Thursday. I am super excited to hit the water slides and enjoy some quality time with the Royal Family. And I think that it’s accurate to say that every member of the Royal Family is equally excited (except for maybe the Youngest Princess who is only 2 and pretty much gets excited by going for a ride in the car).
And so this week’s menu plan is very short. We will be packing snacks (granola bars, fresh fruit, water, fresh cut veggies, cereal, etc.) and we’ll find a grocery store nearby to pick up something for the King of Free (who will remain restaurant free). We’re very excited to visit Jungle Jim’s International Market, too (thanks for the recommendation Lady Becca!) where I’m sure we’ll snag some lunch at some point. We’re staying at a nearby hotel on Thursday night that has a free breakfast buffet and going to IKEA on Friday where kids eat free all day (lunch) and then to friends’ for dinner that night.
Monday: Whole Wheat Pasta with Tomato Basil Sauce

Tuesday: Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

Carrot sticks
Apple Sauce
