Greetings Money Saving Lords and Ladies!  Another Monday has rolled around.  It’s a new week and a new month and I’m excited because there are SO many fun things going on around these parts.  From Blissdom to Coupon Classes, I’m going to be busy this month but it’s a good busy.  And if all goes as planned, before the end of the month, we’ll be credit card debt free (WOOHOO) with only Sallie Mae remaining.

We did make it 30 Days of being “Restaurant Free.”  We even went out with a large group of friends on Saturday night and sat and watched everyone eat some pretty yummy food at a great Italian restaurant.  I think they thought we were loons but we’re good with that.  🙂  We’ve been called worse.

Here’s what’s for dinner on the Royal Table this week!  And the Thursday, Friday, Saturday plan is really only for the King and Eldest Princess as I’ll be at Blissdom and the Youngest Princess will be at the Queen Mum’s.  I am packing fruit, granola, veggies, protein bars, and water.  I’m sure I will probably have something out somewhere along the way but have a $50 Debit Reward Card from our bank to use as my budget.

Monday:  Naked Shrimp Burritos
with Black Beans, Brown Rice, Red/Yellow Peppers, Red Onions
Salsa, Sour Cream, Avocado, and Spinach

Tuesday:  Shredded Chicken Sliders
                 Green Beans
                 Apple Sauce

Wednesday: Egg Sandwiches
                     Fresh Cut Veggies
                     Grapes

Thursday:  Pizza on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Homemade Sauce, Turkey Pepperoni, Mozzarella Cheese, and Veggies

Friday:  Frozen Dinners (they were free!), PBJ, or Leftovers

Saturday:  Blackbean Turkey Meatloaf (from the freezer)
                   Green Beans
                  Mac ‘n Cheese

Sunday:  Beans and Rice Sunday
                * we’ve been taking the whole Dave Ramsey “Beans and Rice, Rice and Beans” quip literally
and eating it on Sundays.  We also add cheese and veggies or salsa.  🙂
