Greetings Lords and Ladies!  Yet another week is off to a great start.  I am recovering from a sugar overdose . . . let’s just say that I’m not used to candy and Halloween sweets were my weakness over the weekend.  BLECH.  Why do I do that to myself?  Anyway, today I’m back on track with A LOT of veggies to make up for my overindulgence.  You also might notice a great amount of ham in the menu plan at the beginning of the week.  I baked a ham on Sunday and plan on using it for several meals this week.  I love to do that on the weekend and live on the left overs for a few days to cut down on food prep time and cost!  Without further ado, here’s what’s on the Royal Table for dinner this week.

Monday: Homemade Pizza with Ham and Pineapple
Been too lazy to make Crust so have been using these which are quick & easy
               Salad with lots of veggies!
Apple Sauce with Pumpkin and spice

Tuesday: Ham and Beans
                Whole Wheat Corn Bread
               SALAD with fresh veggies
               Crustless Pumpkin Pie Dessert

Wednesday: Omelets with Ham, Cheese, and Veggies
                     10 Grain Pancakes
                     Baked Apples

Thursday:  Chef Salad

                  Red/Yellow Pepper
                  Mushroom
                  Cucumber
                  Carrots
                  Avocado

Friday: Inside Out Bacon Turkey Cheeseburgers
            on 100% Whole Wheat Bread

Sounds yummy! I need to work on my meal plan tonight. We’re having leftover hamburbers for dinner tonight. Sides? Hmm, you know I’m not good with the sides! 🙂

Hope your family isn’t oinking by the end of the week! That’s a lot of ham! 🙂
