Royal Update: Slow Starting Monday

It’s actually been a pretty productive AM, but I’ve been slow getting to Queen of Free today.  There’s been trash to take out, dishes to unload, laundry to wash, dry, flip to the dryer, fold, and put away (that’s not all done yet), a calendar to fill with events for this fall, and another blogging project I’m working on right now (are you curious?).  Anyway, I’m sure you’ve missed all of the freebie goodness so have no fear, I’m about to get down to business people.  But first I thought I’d give you a taste of what’s to come both today and throughout the week:

• Monday: We’re back to our regular posts of Monday Meal Plan and Monday Meals (with a fabulous recipe I’ve yet to try but found in the pages of my newest issue of All You Magazine which was delivered to my mailbox last week YAY!).  And I’m guessing an extra large Freebie List.

• Tuesday: I have some Back to School Deals that I can’t wait to share with you!  My favorite places to collect cheap and free school supplies this fall will be at your fingertips.  You’ll definitely want to tune in for this one people.  Also, you’ll get a review of a cutie patootie product for the preschool set Smooshies!  Spoiler Alert:  The Youngest (and even the Eldest) Princess LOVE this toy.

• Wednesday:  This week’s What Do You Do post focuses on Back to School savings.  How do you decide what you really need to buy and what can you use that you already have for your kiddos as they hit the classroom.  Also, if you can’t pass up all of the 10 cent notebooks and 50 cent crayons, I’ll give you some suggestions of what you can do with them if you go a little overboard or even just choose to be generous with your frugal-self.  Plus my number one rule for Back to School shopping.

• Thursday:  Our Three Things post this week will be fun!  What were your three favorite back to school supplies?  What are they now?  I’m sure you’ll get a chuckle out of my true confessions Back to School Style post!

• Friday:  The Friday Freebie Round Up will include my favorite great deals of the week.  And I’ll be posting a summary of our recent “staycation” in case you need some last minute ideas for one final fun summer weekend to spend with your family in the Indy area without spending very much money at all!

• Saturday: YES, I will actually be posting on a Saturday and even BETTER it will feature a GIVE AWAY.  Get excited people, after last week’s “5 Tips for Bringing Your Lunch Post,” I’ve had some great conversations with my favorite Tupperware Diva, Lady Tammy.  She has some fabulous info to share with us about saving money by taking your lunch and some fabu Tupperware Lunch Bags to show you that will be available only through August 14th.  And she’s blessed me by allowing me to give one away on Queen of Free as a part of the review.  WOOHOO.
