Good morning Lords and Ladies. It’s kind of hot and rainy (weird for it to be both) in the Queendom today. But inside, we’ve got a cheerful spirit and the desire to take the week by storm. Mondays always seem to be my most productive day of the week. I don’t know if there’s just more to do so I feel more accomplished or if I tear into things a bit more intentionally. Regardless, I’ve already done a couple of loads of laundry, taken the trash out, fed everyone breakfast, gotten the baby ready for the day and the Eldest Princess’ summer bridge work ready for her pencil. And now we turn to the menu plan for the week:
Monday: Pizza with Grilled Chicken (leftover from yesterday)
Mushroom
Canadian Bacon
Red/Yellow Pepper
Spinach Salad
Tuesday: Turkey Burgers with cheese on Whole Wheat Bread
Fresh Cut Veggies (Carrots, Red/Yellow Peppers, Cucumbers)
Applesauce
Wednesday: Grilled Hotdogs (Not a big fan but they were free!)
Green Beans
Sweet Potato Fries
Sliced Strawberries
Thursday: Spinach Salad with Grilled Shrimp
Grilled Veggie Kabobs
Toast with Olive Oil
Friday: Eggs
Pancakes
Turkey Sausage
Fruit Salad (yummy, yummy)
Saturday: We will be out and about all day and at a cookout where we’ll bring a side dish that night.
Sunday: Grilled Chicken
