Whoo-whee we had a great and crazy weekend! There was a birthday party, a super fun blogger meet up at Paradise Bakery and Cafe with FANTASTIC cupcakes from Our Bake Shoppe, a Graduation Open House, the eldest princess’ baptism *awesome* and a picnic celebration, a HUGE Student Ministries event at our church, friends, family, house cleaning, and MORE. We had a great time but I am just now getting the train back on the tracks. I will try to write several posts today to get caught up on great freebies and money saving tips. I’m so glad that you all force me to sit down and plan meals on Monday. Otherwise, it just might not get done. Here’s what we’re having this week!
Monday: Grilled Salmon (never got a chance to fix it last weekend as we did quick foods instead)
Veggie Kabobs (Zucchini, Red Onion, Mushroom, Red/Yellow Peppers)
Angel Hair Pasta with Olive Oil and Parmesean Cheese
Tuesday: Turkey Burgers
Grilled Corn on the Cob
Green Beans
Wednesday: Grilled Chicken
Black Beans
Salsa
Garden Salad
Thursday: Rotini with Spaghetti Sauce and Ground Turkey
Spinach Salad
Friday: Quiche (I’m on the prowl for a good recipe this week but know it will include)
Bacon, Eggs, Cheese, Spinach, Mushroom, and Onion
Saturday and Sunday: PBJ, Frozen Pizza (I scored a great deal last week!), Veggies and Fruit, hot dogs for the kiddos, Apple Sauce, and more. 🙂
Hope my meal plan sparks a thought or two for you as your plan your meals this week for your family!
