What?! You and your kids can see movies this summer without spending an arm and a leg? Yep. And you might even be able to snag some snacks too (without sneaking them in!). This year, a number of Summer Movie Programs have returned to keep everyone happy without breaking the bank.
AMC Summer Movie Camp
Participating AMC Theaters will be featuring $4 movies on Wednesday AMs at 10. Your ticket even includes popcorn, a fountain drink, and fruit snacks.
Regal Summer Movie Express
On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Regal will be offering $1 select screenings. You can find out if your location is participating and find the line up for this summer here.
Cinemark Summer Movie Clubhouse
This summer, Cinemark offers select kids’ movies for $1 a piece. OR, you can take the option to buy tickets in advance for 10 movies for only $5. Our location is featuring the films on Wednesdays but locations may vary.
Locally Owned Theaters
Don’t forget to check your favorite locally owned theaters. For instance, in Franklin, IN Canary Creek Cinemas has free movies on Wednesday AMs.
Library Movie Nights
Your local library probably has some summer movie offerings this year. Head to the website to scan the events and check out times and dates.
Movies in the Park
Parks get in on the summer movie action, too. In Indianapolis, you can catch both concerts and movies for absolutely free! Some of the titles of movies at Garfield Park are fairly recent, too! You can see the full schedule here.
Do you have a summer movie program to suggest? Leave it in the comments!
