I absolutely LOVE celebrating birthdays. The only thing that makes a birthday even better is the high volume of freebies you can score simply by signing up for some eClubs. Now, let’s be clear. I am a freebie purist. I don’t want anything to do a with a birthday “freebie” that first requires you to make a purchase! That’s simply the amateur hour.
Without further ado, here are 10 of the best birthday freebies (in my opinion at least).
Starbucks
My Starbucks Rewards is probably one of my favorite rewards programs, ever. You get rewarded for drinks and when you’re on the Green and Gold levels, you can also get free refills of coffee and tea when you’re in store. Best of all, you score a FREE drink on your birthday. Get the most expensive, biggest beverage on the menu just for me! Go here to sign up. Since Starbucks has partnered with Teavana, you can also choose to get 1 oz of loose leaf tea, too.
McAlister’s Deli
Sign up for McAlister’s Deligrams and snag a $5/$5 coupon on your birthday. I typically get a gallon of tea to go, pay a few pennies, and go about my merry birthday business.
Noodles & Company
Once again, I’m not big on birthday freebies where you actually have to pay money for something. i.e. buy an entree and get a dessert for free. So I love Noodles & Company’s offer of a free entree, no purchase necessary. You have to be enrolled for sixty days to cash in so sign up for Noodlegram today.
Firehouse Subs
You don’t even need to sign up for this one! Receive a FREE medium sub from Firehouse Subs when you simply show your ID on your birthday. More details can be found here.
Baskin-Robbins
This birthday club gets your choice of thirty-one flavors. You’ll receive an e-mail with a coupon good for a 2.5 oz scoop (just a sweet little treat). If you have an extra sweet tooth, you can also score a one scoop sundae from Culver’s when you sign up for the Culver’s eClub or a free kiddie cone from Maggie Moos when you join the MaggiE-mail list.
Au Bon Pain
Your lunch is on the house at Au Bon Pain for your birthday. Sign up for their eClub and also snag a FREE travel mug.
Panera
Join myPanera to collect rewards on your regular purchase and get a mystery surprise automatically loaded to your card on your birthday.
Red Robin
Red Robin’s Red Robin Royalty program ensures you’ll be treated like the Queen or King you are and receive a FREE burger for your birthday. Sign up for the program here.
Sephora Birthday Gift
Not all of the birthday freebies have to be edible. I never miss snagging a free gift from Sephora on my birthday. Go here to sign up and get your fancy lady makeup on.
Swagbucks
It’s my favorite rewards program. Swagbucks rewards you for your routine internet searches. On your birthday, you get 50 Swagbucks. It only takes 500 to snag a $5 Amazon gift card. You could earn that in no time at all! If you’re a member of Disney Movie Rewards, you’ll get free points on your birthday, too!
