Eleven years ago this afternoon, I married my Prince Charming. Together, we embarked on an adventure that I could have never scripted. I could have never anticipated the challenging struggles, the surprise twists and turns, the crazy highs, the amazing journey that has been our life together. And yet, I know that each year has only gotten better and better and better. Most certainly the best is yet to come.
And to display what an amazing man he is . . . today he’s following me on a journey with a dear friend, Lady Holly. We’re riding our bikes across the state. 160 miles in a maximum of 14 hours (hopefully less!). It should be a fun day. It looks like there won’t be any rain on the RAIN (Ride Across Indiana); however, it will be hot. I do plan on updating on Facebook/Twitter during the day so you can follow my progress.
Yes, I am still recovering from the shingles, and yes I will stop if I begin to feel the pain. I really am feeling much better.
