So I was talking with some girlfriends last night about how to up you fiber intake. Here’s a great, free way to do so! FitSmart has a printable coupon for a free fiber bar. You can find the bars in your local nutritional supplement store (I’m pretty sure GNC carries them in the mall) and you might even be able to find them at Meijer (which has a large supplement/nutritional bar area) or Kroger. So it’s a quick fill out and print freebie for your day!
I have to admit that I have not tried these so I can’t vouch for their tastiness and unfortunately, I let my coupon expire before I got a chance to go out and snag one of these for myself. 🙁 This coupon shouldn’t expire until 10/31 so you have plenty of time to get yours and report back to me whether or not it’s delicious or tastes like you’re eating cardboard. The Queendom does officially endorse items like those above as great sources of tasty fiber though!
