Go here to read about a Free Night of Theater in many cities nationwide (including Indianapolis and Lexington where the Queen knows she has some readers). At this point, it does not look like they have specific dates/places/productions up but I will continue to monitor this site and let you know when that info drops.
However, October the 16th is the big date so mark it now. From the website: “Free Night of Theater is Theatre Communications Group’s exciting national audience development program designed to attract new audiences to America’s not-for-profit theatres. Since the pilot program, which debuted in three cities in 2005, Free Night has expanded across the country and will be presented in over 100 cities by more than 600 theatres in 2008.”
