Save Money & Slay Debt

Your Input, please!

Tips like these helped us pay off $127K in debt. You can read our story in Slaying the Debt Dragon: How One Family Conquered Their Money Monster and Found an Inspired Happily Ever After.

Ok, so I know you rarely comment unless I am giving something away, but today I’m asking for your help.  I’m tossing around some ideas for weekly posts on topics . . . here are a few ideas that I had.  Let me know which you’d like to see most:

  • Deal of the Week: A smashing purchase that you can make somewhere on the world wide web for very few dollars.
  • Meal of the Week: A frugal, healthy (low fat, high fiber, low sugar) meal that we’re eating @ the Royal Table this week.  Would include a shopping list and a recipe.
  • Cleaning Tip of the Week: Cost effective solutions to cleaning your castle.  This one might even motivate the Queen to get her rear in gear in the new year.
  • Site of the Week: A profile of some of my favorite blogs and websites, both money saving and other interests.
  • Royal Tales: A story from the royal household, present day or in our legacy that gives you a better glance of who the Queen is and why she has this strange addiction to frugality.
I’ll entertain any other ideas you have, too!  Please comment I need some feedback for the new year.

Hey Queen! Hope your youngest princess is feeling better.

I am always interested in new meals, healthy and easy to cook. That is what my vote is for!

    Love your new layout!

I would vote for meals and deals, as well. Those are always things that I’m looking for.

The poor little princess is still ailing. Her ENT appointment is on the 12th. Hopefully we’ll begin to get a plan of action. She’s on her 5th/6th antibiotic (has had one twice).

Deals and Meals it shall be! Probably Meals on Monday and Deals on Friday.

I think all your ideas are good and would be interesting additions. However for regular columns he deals and meals would be good.
