Today the youngest princess finally goes to the ENT. We have struggled with ear infections and as a result 6 different antibiotics which have turned her tummy upside down and inside out and also have meant NO sleep for THREE MONTHS people, three months! Whew, it’s a little less than a third of her little life (she’s ten months old this week). Anyway, I joked with the King last night that it felt a little bit like the night before the prom to me. I couldn’t sleep, I was filled with nervous excitement because I’m hoping that this will be a step in the right direction to help her get on a road to wellness. So this afternoon, the King and I will place ourselves into the hands of the medical community.
One thing that cracks me up about the youngest princess is her already developing sense of independence. She’s getting to the point where I’m looking for a lot more self feeding foods because she isn’t really down with the baby food anymore. It’s a little difficult because she only has two little teeth on her bottom gum to help mash stuff up so I can’t do anything too firm yet.
