So I’m going to get a little personal here and share a few photos with you of my daughter’s 1st birthday cake!  The youngest princess turned 1 a little over a week ago and a dear friend of mine in the Queendom made this adorable cake for her.  It was perfect since the princess claps and smiles the widest smiles when she sees that little Baby Einstein caterpillar.  AND even better, the little booger was cake, too.  So, she ate the hind end of caterpillar for her own special smash cake.  🙂  It was adorable and I had to restrain myself from eating more than 2 pieces over the course of the weekend.  I think I could have eaten it all!  If you live in the geographical Queendom (Greenwood/Franklin/Whiteland/Southside Indy) and would like to contact Lady Amber who made this cake and has made many other delightful and delicious cakes, e-mail her @ CakesbyAmber05@yahoo.com
