A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Lady Stacy who blogs here. She completely rocks for a number of reasons (among them being) 1) She never worked at Indiana Beach even though she grew up in the area. 2) She now lives on my side of town. 3) I believe she had a dinner composed of cupcakes from Our Bake Shoppe (you MUST try them this weekend) the night we hung out.
Another awesome thing about Lady Stacy is that she works with the Indiana Restaurant Association. Their newest initiative “Fork the Recession” (I could spend quite awhile talking about how much I simply LOVE that ad slogan) has a fantastic resource where you can view restaurant specials statewide listed by city. Go here to check it out. If you’re going to eat out, eat out responsibly folks. 🙂 Stick it to the man, er recession, er Fork-get it.
