Monday: Egg White Omelets with Veggies and Cheese
Pumpkin Oat Streusel Muffins
(slightly altered, using whole wheat flour/less sugar)
Baked Cinnamon Apples
Tuesday: Bow Tie Pasta
Ground Turkey in Tomato Basil Sauce with Mushroom and Onion
Spinach Salad
Leftover Pumpkin Muffins
Wednesday: Baked Mahi Mahi (on sale at Aldi!)
Asparagus
Angel Hair Pasta with Olive Oil, Basil, Yellow Pepper, Mushrooms
Hot dogs for the little people (left over from a cookout)
(I’m a realist on this meal and my kiddos but it sounded good to me!)
Thursday: Naked Burritos
Ground Turkey/Black Beans
Cheese
Salsa
Brown Rice
Lettuce
Sour Cream
Friday: Homemade Pizza
Turkey Pepperoni and Cheese (any veggies in the fridge!)
Spinach Salad
Saturday: Chicken Rings/PBJ/Left overs
Fresh Cut Veggies/Apple Sauce
Sunday: Black Bean Southwestern Chili
(taking it to a Chili Cook Off 😉 at some friends’ house)
