Yesterday you may have heard I took the day off. No cooking for me (at least for us, I did take a meal to some friends who are expecting a baby and have a bedrest mandate). But today, we’re back at it, business as usual. Here’s what’s for dinner on the Royal Table this week!
Tuesday: Black Bean Southwestern Chili
Grilled Cheese
Carrots, Cucumber, and Red/Yellow Pepper with Dip or Hummus
Wednesday: Honey Lime Mahi Mahi
Red Roasted Potatoes
Green Beans
Fresh Baked Bread
Thursday: Baked Bow Tie Pasta (from the freezer)
with Ground Turkey and Tomato Basil Sauce
Spinach Salad
Whole Wheat Toast/Olive Oil
Warm Apple Sauce with Pumpkin
Friday: Homemade Pizza
Fresh Cut Veggies
Halloween Treats (at a Trunk-or-Treat Event we’re going to)
Saturday/Sunday: Weekend plans are a little tentative at this point but we have options:
Pancake Mix/Eggs
Chicken Ringos
Grilled Cheese
Fresh Fruit
Fresh Veggies
And I’m on the prowl for a non-tomato based, soup recipe . . . something yummy and unusual (suggestions?) for Sunday afternoon.
