We ate at home every day last week but the meal plan got all sorts of jumbled. So you might notice some of last week’s meals got bumped to this week. No worries and I’m thankful that we had plenty of items on hand to fix other meals, according to time and taste.

on a bed of Spinach with Avocado

Tuesday: Turkey Burgers

Wednesday: Egg Casserole with Hashbrowns, Eggs, and Cheese
Fresh Fruit
100% Whole Wheat Toast
Thursday: Turkey Pepperoni Pizza
Spinach Salad
Apple Sauce
Friday: Tortilla Crusted Flounder
Slow Cooked Black Beans
Romaine Salad
Saturday: Lunch: Leftovers/PBJ/Fresh Veggies/Fresh Fruit
Dinner: Chicken Parm
Angel Hair Pasta with a Light Tomato Basil Sauce
Salad
Garlic Bread
Sunday: Lunch: Shredded Pork Tenderloin Tacos
Black Beans and Brown Rice
Spinach, Salsa, Cheese
Dinner: More of the Same!
