You’ve already heard of my obsessions with all things Marshmallow-y.  I’m not a girl given to chocolates.  They’re good but nothing that I crave.  I’m not a girl given to cheesecake.  But give me a good marshmallow or a *ahem* an entire bag, and I’m a happy girl.  Seriously, bump the hot cocoa and the s’mores and just give me the marshmallow.

Last summer, I was introduced to an Indiana based business (really they’re more artists than business folk though) near the the Queendom that has literally perfected the marshmallow.  240Sweet Artisan Marshmallows (240 is the perfect temp to make marshmallows if you didn’t know) out of Columbus, IN features all sorts of AMAZING products, most notably delicious and uniquely flavored marshmallows.

I thought they’d make a perfect pregnant girl craving satisfier.  And since Lady Casey is g-free, they make a perfect treat.  She chose Cherry Chocolate Chip, Elephant Ear and Salty Carmel Swirl.  I recently received my Eversave and had the Elephant Ear, Salty Carmel, and Vanilla Bean and WOW.  WOW.  WOW.  These are truly a treat.
