WHAT? You won't believe these 5 quick, easy, and CHEAP cleaning hacks really work. More than likely you already have all the ingredients.

The cost of cleaning up adds up. Before you know it, you can spend a bundle in the cleaning aisle of any big box retailer. Don’t rush out and spend the farm. There are so many amazing cleaning hacks that you can pull off in your house with items you already have.

D.I.Y. Jewelry Cleaner

Rings lost their sparkle? I LOVE giving my jewelry a spruce up at home but I don’t love using weird chemicals or pricey cleaners to get the job done. Instead, I line a shallow bowl or pan with a piece of aluminum foil (shiny side up). Then place 1 Tablespoon of baking soda and 1 Tablespoon of salt into the pan. Boil one cup of water in a kettle or in the microwave. Pour it over the soda and salt and stir into dissolved. Lay your necklaces or rings flat in the bottom. Then gradually add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to the mixture slowly. Leave the jewelry for 5-10 minutes in the solution and then rinse it and dry with a soft cloth.

Magic Copper Pan Cleaning Trick

Do your pans with copper on the bottom look dingy and gross? Skip the crazy, pungent cleaners and use this simple trick instead. Simply wet the bottom of your pan or any copper surface you want to clean with water. Then pour plain table salt over it and let it sit for a minute or two. Then Spray or pour white vinegar slowly on to the surface. Use a scrubber to quickly combine the two and watch the magic happen. Your pan cleans in no time flat!

Get the Gunk Out of Your Shower Head

Notice white calcifications building around the small spouts in your shower head? Those can be cleaned in miracle fashion with a plastic baggie, a rubber band, and some white vinegar. Simply fill the bag halfway with white vinegar. Place the bag directly on the shower head. Fasten it tightly with the rubber band and watch the white flakes come streaming out! Repeat this process once every couple of months to keep it (and you) clean.

Toothpaste on Your Sneakers

Are your kicks looking sad and dingy? A little toothpaste can go a long way to clean your shoes! Simply scrub any white areas with toothpaste and an old toothbrush. Before you know it, they’ll look shiny and new again.

Remove Water Rings With a Hair Dryer

Ought oh, did you forget to use a coaster? Knock those water rings out with a hair dryer. Simply hold an every day hair dryer over the ring on medium to high heat. Set in rings may take up to 15 minutes so be patient. After you’re done apply mineral oil or even olive oil to the wood to condition it.

I love these hacks because most can be done without making a purchase at the store! What are some of your favorite cheap, quick, and clean moneys saving hacks?
