True confession: I am a *wee* bit of an informercial fitness junkie. I will watch one over and over and over again dreaming of how awesome my life will be after consistently working out on said system. We even once saw a friend on a fitness informercial. It was one of those experiences where you rub your eyes and then you watch the entire thing again just to make sure. Then you call your friend and ask him, “Hey, was that YOU on that ab machine thing?” And he says, “Yes, that was me.” Then you say, “Crazy.” Then you tell everyone who reads your blog that your friend was on a fitness informercial. What? That’s never happened to you?
