I must admit that when I receive an Amazon Gift Card, I get a little giddy. It’s not because I’ll be purchasing a guilty pleasure, new books or music, or watching a movie online. I have a confession to make. I have recently become addicted to purchasing household goods on Amazon. I’ve always loved the Subscribe & Save program and now I find myself ordering toothpaste, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap and more. By and large the prices can be cheaper, but even if they’re a few pennies more {I do have standards of course}, I’m still happy to pony up and pay it.
Here’s why: 1) I’m using a gift card anyway. 2) Purchasing items like these online keeps me out of the store which keeps me from overspending.

When I’m looking for great deals on Amazon, I always begin on the Coupon Page and work my way out from there {unless I’m on the prowl for something specific}. From grains and cereals to soaps and razors, I’ve found better deals on Amazon than I could work in the store and it comes to me.
