It’s been a GREAT Monday thus far in the Queendom! I’ve been on a rampage, organizing, cleaning, and prepping food for the week. I find that if I chop the fruits and veggies that I’ll need later in the week, cooking is a snap. Peppers, cucumbers, carrots, celery, strawberries, mushrooms, and onions all make salads, stir fry, fajitas, and pizza much more simple {and nutritious} if they’re pre-cut. I’ve also made a large batch of popcorn and pre-bagged it for the Eldest Princess’ lunches.
