I seriously spent most of today thinking it was Tuesday. Ridiculously crazy when you think this is a short week anyway. Um, not sure where I misplaced my brain. Anyway, it is Monday which means it’s time for me {and maybe you, no?} to plan meals for this week.
I am incredibly proud/relieved/blessed to say that this week, we’re freeloaders. We’ll be bouncing back and forth between the King’s parents and the Queen Mum/King Pops’ homes. We’ll be eating plenty of Thanksgiving goodness and living in the leftovers. Lovely. That means I am only planing meals for tonight, tomorrow night, and food on the go Wednesday night. WOO.
Monday: Turkey Pepperoni Pizza

Sliced Apples
Tuesday: Baked Spaghetti
Salad
Rolls
Apple Sauce
Wednesday: PBJ, Bananas, Apples, Nuts, String Cheese, Carrots
Thursday: Gooble, Gooble
Friday: Coffee! Coffee! COFFEE!
Leftovers
Saturday: More Leftovers!
Sunday: TBD
