Since last week was a vacation week for me, I actually planned meals Thursday-Thursday this week. So I’m glad to have some “leg work” or kitchen work or whatever already done. Here’s what’s for dinner on the Royal Table this week:
Monday: Leftovers from Sunday’s dinner
Marinaded Grilled Chicken and Pineapple
Black Beans and Spanish Rice
Apple Cole Slaw
Mango Salsa
Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Tenders
Sweet Potato Fries
Green Beans
Apple Sauce
Rice Krispy Treats
(unusual for us to have dessert especially midweek but we’re taking a meal to a special family)
Wednesday: Homemade Pizza (I froze crust using this recipe last week)
with Turkey Pepperoni and Sweet Onion
Salad
Orange Slices or Apple Sauce
Thursday: Shrimp and Veggie Pasta (just pasta for the girls)
Salad
Watermelon
Friday: Picnic Dinner while we go here
PBJ, Fresh Cut Veggies, Fruit, Homemade Granola
Saturday: Picnic at PBS Kids in the Park (Woohoo!)
Lunch: Leftovers
Sunday: Pulled Pork
Cole Slaw
Grilled Corn on the Cob
Sliced Strawberries
Our Square Foot Garden is really starting to go to town. Can’t wait to have our own fresh veggies to add to the weekly meal plan!
