Are you a little bit like me? Do you eat healthfully 10 or 11 months out of the year and then chuck it all out the window during the holidays? Do you find it harder to exercise in the winter months? Do you just want to curl up with a blankie and drink hot cocoa with lots and lots of marshmallows? Or is that just me?
Many times, I follow a Winnie the Pooh philosophy of fitness. Exercise to eat more honey. It honestly has its merits but I find if I eat too many sweets and indulgent treats I don’t want to exercise at all.
