I have to admit that I’m not very excited about cooking this week. I’m coming down from a no cooking post fall break high. Couple that with the fact that tomorrow is my birthday (and NO ONE should have to cook on their birthday!) and you get a very lazy me. But I’m here planning our meals anyway because we all know if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Insert another trite cliche about being unprepared and wasting money here < . . . >.
