Howdy Money Saving Lords and Ladies! It’s Monday here in the Queendom so that means I’m planning up our meals to make sure we use what we’ve got AND to purchase only what we need. I usually plan 5-8 days in advance depending on what’s going on in our universe and what’s already in our cabinets, fridge, and pantry. Here’s what’s for dinner on the Royal Table this week:
Monday: Whole Wheat Rotini
with Light Basil Sauce and Ground Turkey
Salad
Blueberries
Tuesday: Turkey Dogs
Sweet Potato Fries
Green Beans
Grapes
Wednesday: Pulled Pork
Prince Edward Medley
Sweet Potato Wedges
Thursday: Egg Sanwiches on Whole Wheat
Sliced Strawberries
Carrots
Friday: Chinese “Take In”
Sweet and Sour Chicken
Egg Rolls
Fried Brown Rice
Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: Pulled Pork (we’re having a pitch in that afternoon and everyone’s bringing sides)
