Happy Monday Money Saving Lords and Ladies! I must admit it’s been awhile since I’ve posted a meal plan. *gasp* Don’t worry, we’re not eating out every night and the King of Free still is completely restaurant free after 7.5 months. And while I can’t say that you’ll find me in the corner with bags of take out in my lap and random sauces smeared on my face, I do think I’ve been a little lazy for me – probably due to the stress of back to school and a bit of traveling this week.
However, the rhythm of school is already proving to be beneficial for us all (better sleep, better exercise, a slightly *ahem* cleaner house) so here’s what’s for dinner on the Royal Table this week.
Monday: Naked Taco Bowls (that just sounds wrong)
with Ground Turkey, Brown Rice, Fat Free Refried Beans
Reduced Fat Cheese, Salsa, Spinach, Low Fat Sour Cream
Tuesday: Grilled Chicken and Veggie Wraps
Carrots
Apple Sauce
Wednesday: Turkey Burgers on Whole Wheat Bread
with Spinach, Red Onion, and Tomato
Sweet Potato Fries
Grapes
Thursday: Veggie Pizza
Sliced Nectarines
Friday: Brinner (Breakfast for Dinner)
Egg White and Cheese Sandwiches on Whole Wheat Toast
Baked Oatmeal
Fresh Fruit
Saturday: Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Grilled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Prince Edward Medley
Apple Crumble
Sunday: Pulled Pork
Fresh Veggies
