This post was written as a review of my experience with the new HTC Droid Incredible. Verizon Wireless and Kyle Communications provided a phone for my personal use for a couple of weeks. No other monies were exchanged and no review or editing of this post were done by Kyle Communications, Verizon Wireless, or any other PR companies. I always give you my honest opinions in any review post, that’s a Royal Guarantee.
So I mentioned a few weeks ago that I’ve reaallllly been enjoying using the HTC Droid Incredible. Lady Kyle and Sir James said, hey since you like it so much, keep it for a couple more weeks. Which made me drop to my knees in a Wayne’s World-esque pose and chant “I’m not worthy” over and over and over again.
And in that past couple of weeks, I’ve been out and about with the Eldest and the Youngest Princess quite a bit. We’ve enjoyed some summer activities and unfortunately, all made trips the doctor. And while we’ve been waiting for both the good and the bad, the Youngest Princess has actually given the Droid Incredible its greatest workout. There are a variety apps that cater to the 3 and under set and we’ve found a few favs we want to share with you.
Five Pumpkins has educational for both Android and iPhone. From numbers to letters to shapes to colors and more this has been the Youngest Princess’ favorite! Check out their blog for great learning ideas, too! The format is simple, the audio is clear, and the quiz mode has been fun.
TOUCH! 4Kids is a fun and easy to use and features animals and music. Great for 18 months and up, little ones simply touch the screen to make animals disappear.
Veggie Tales Soundboard has also saved my sanity. It plays short audio clips of several of our Veggie Tale favorites. The Youngest Princess would always pine for the theme song if she has a choice. And I can’t resist the cute factor when she sings along to every word (“Have we got a show for you!”).
