So it’s going to be a crazy busy week in the Queendom. I’m doing a Blogger event in downtown Indianapolis Tu-Th so the King will be holding down the fort on his own some. I’ve put together a meal plan to help him succeed. And he’s a fairly inventive fella so I wouldn’t be surprised if he switches things up midweek if necessary. Regardless, there’s a plan in place. This weekend, we’re leading a retreat for 5th and 6th graders from our church while the Princesses head to the Queen Mum’s. Busy, busy, busy summer!
Monday: Baked Penne
with Ground Turkey, Tomato Basil Sauce, and Mozzarella
Baby Romaine Salad
Toast/Olive Oil
Sliced Strawberries with Blueberries
Tuesday: Turkey Burgers
Green Beans
Oven Roasted Potatoes
Apple Sauce
Wednesday: Turkey Pepperoni Pizza on Whole Wheat Crust

Smoothies
Thursday: Dinner at Friends
Bringing a Veggie Tray and Some Fresh Fruit to Share
Friday – Sunday: At Camp
Sunday PM: Turkey Pepperoni Pizza (yep, again).
Basic week but it gets the job done. And it makes me rest a little easier knowing that I have everything we need this week even though I’ll be out and about!
