Greetings Money Saving Lords and Ladies!  I hope your week is off to a great start.  It’s a busy day here in the Queendom.  I’m off to shoot a piece with WTHR on things to never buy new, things never to buy used later this afternoon.  So I’ve been gathering a few of my favorite “used” scores to bring in as examples.  It will be pre-recorded so I’ll let you know when it airs so you catch the crown on Channel 13 if you live in the Indianapolis area.

In the meantime, I’m up the to the regular ‘ole Monday routine – chopping veggies, doing laundry, and of course planning our meals for the week.  We’ve been blessed to be nibbling out of the King’s square foot gardens – fresh cilantro, green beans, snow peas, and spinach so far – upon occasion over the last couple of weeks.

Here’s what’s for dinner on the Royal Table this week:

Monday: Grilled Chicken (marinaded in poppy seed dressing yum!) Sandwiches
                Green Beans
                Fresh Cut Veggies
                Grilled Corn on the Cob
                Grilled Pears

Tuesday: Veggie/Turkey Pepperoni Pizza
                Spinach Side Salad
                Fresh Cut Strawberries

Wednesday:  Taco Bowls with
                       Ground Turkey
                       Black Beans and Spinach
                       Quinoa/Cheese/Salsa/Sour Cream
                       Apple Sauce

Thursday: Grilled Chicken Pasta
w Sweet Basil Tomato Sauce, Red Onions, Mushrooms
                  topped with Mozzarella and Baked
                  Toast/Olive Oil
                  Apple Slices

Friday: Turkey Cheeseburgers
              Sweet Potato Fries
              Green Beans
              Red Grapes

Saturday:  Lunch: Leftovers
                   Dinner: Scrambled Eggs
                                Bacon
                                Toast
                                Fruit Smoothies

Sunday: Pulled Pork Loin
               Black Beans
               Corn on the Cob
               Cole Slaw
               Dinner: Leftovers

Don’t forget you can always print out this little document to make your meal planning and grocery listing  a little easier!  What are you having on your Royal Table this week?  Planning meals saves you time, $, and your sanity!  All are priceless.
