The school days are fleeting and soon and very soon the kids will be home for the summer. If you’re the parent of a teen, my guess is that you’ll hear the words “I’m bored” before the first day of summer vacation is even over (that is if they get out of bed the first day). Head off those words with a FREE gym membership this summer at Lifestyle Family Fitness for teens ages 12-17.
Lifestyle is offering access to cardio and strength equipment along with group fitness classes absolutely free to teens for two months this summer. The program runs from May 14th – August 14th. There are some restrictions. Teens may only access the club with their membership before 4:00 PM on weekdays, but can go any time on the weekends. Cycling classes, the pool, tanning, racquetball, and the Kids Club are not a part of the teen membership. Obviously, teens are expected to respect the staff at LFF. Teens can either take their parent to their local club to sign up or parents can follow the link to sign up their sons or daughters.
There are only a set number of memberships available per club so don’t delay!
