Here’s what’s on the Royal Table this week for dinner. You’ll notice a Vegetarian meal. After seeing John Salley with his Back to the Glory Days Action Plan on Dr. Oz last week while on Spring Break, the King has requested to Go Green at least one meal a week. 🙂 So we usually eat a lot of veggies and occasionally a vegetarian meal but he now wants one very green meal/week. I’m not complaining as I LOVE my veggies (my mama did good). I’m guessing the girls will be eating PB&J that night. They’re great veggie eaters but not quite there yet.
Monday: Turkey Pepperoni and Veggie Pizza

Tuesday: Tortilla Crusted Flounder

Wednesday: Grilled Veggie Kabobs with Zucchini, Mushrooms, Red Onion, Red/Yellow Pepper
Served on a bed of Spinach with some Avocado

Thursday: Pulled Pork Sliders

Green Beans
Apple Sauce
Friday: Grilled Chicken Salad
with Romaine Lettuce, Red/Yellow Peppers, Carrots, Red Onions, Cheese, Boiled Egg,
Avocado, Mushroom, Cucumber
Toast with Olive Oil
Fruit Smoothies
Saturday: Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Easter Do Over!
