As I mentioned before, this post will be slightly abbreviated since we’ll be gone most of the week. I’m leaving a number of things for the King’s Mother and Father to choose from to prepare meals if they want to do so. 🙂
Monday: Grilled Chicken
Romaine Salad with Red/Yellow Peppers, Mushrooms, Carrots, Cheese
Sweet Potatoes cooked in the Crock Pot
Homemade Whole Wheat Bread
Tuesday: Whole Wheat Rotini with
Ground Turkey and Mushroom
and Tomato Basil Spaghetti Sauce
Romaine Salad
Wednesday – Friday: We’ll have Leftovers, Apple Sauce, Pancakes/Eggs, Chicken Rings,
Fresh Cut Veggies, Grilled Cheese, Black Beans, PBJ, and more available
Saturday: Lunch/Dinner with family
Sunday: Chili, PB Sandwiches,
Whole Wheat Apple Cake or Pumpkin Bars or maybe both!
The King is still restaurant free and plans to be while we’re gone so on the road, we’ll be eating cereal, fresh fruits/veggies, nuts, granola bars, jerky, bottle water, pre-made/bottled unsweetened tea, and whatever we can pick up at a grocery store once we arrive. Luckily we received a rebate check from deck stain today which will help defray a lot of the cost. 🙂
