Ok so I have been jotting down this list of things that I don’t want to forget to remind you about coming up this weekend and it just so happens there are three and so here they are in no particular order.
1) Home Depot’s Kids’ Workshop on Saturday September 5th from 9 AM to noon. This week’s workshop is perfect for football season! You can make a Bean Bag Toss Game with your kiddo (we like to call ’em “Corn Hole” around these parts). These are fabulous workshops where the kids get to learn how to make a project, walk away with said project AND get their own Home Depot Orange Apron and an achievement pin. If you’re looking for something to do with your kids this weekend this would be a great way to spend time and not money and still get a useful fun game to play as a family all through the fall! Now this would be a great thing for your hubs to do with the kids as you went on the Queen’s Royal Indianapolis Cupcake Crawl.
2) Chick-fil-a Labor Day Giveaway. I already blogged about this here but wanted to remind you that you can get a free Chicken Sandwich on Monday September 7th when you wear your favorite team gear (could be professional, college, HS, elementary school, peewee league, little league, anykinda leauge). Deck out the family and head out for free lunch. Woot Woot.
3) If you live in the Indy area, the Eiteljorg American Indian and Western Art Museum is offering $1 admission on Labor Day! Woohoo.
