So I’ve mentioned already that Chick-fil-a’s Cow Appreciation Day is rapidly approaching. On July 10th if you come in dressed as a cow, you receive a Combo Meal. There’s even a free cow costume kit on their site. However, Lady Michelle alerted me that the Greenwood area Chick-fil-as (Greenwood Park Mall and 135; not sure about Southport) are having events all week long leading up to the big day. Here’s a breakdown of what will be going on:
Monday: Breakfast = Free Sausage Biscuit: 11:00 AM-8:00 PM = Free Sweet Tea
Tuesday: Free Chicken Strip from 11:00 AM-8:00 PM; At the mall you can make a cow costume (I’m not sure of the times though) to wear on Friday.
Wednesday: Receipt Day: not sure if I have this right because two employees told us something different. It is either that you purchase a meal this day and save the receipt-then you come back within 30 days to get that same meal free, OR you bring a receipt from the past 30 days with you on this day to get free food. *Queen note: I’m thinking it would be the first option.
Thursday: Sample milkshakes from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM; Free Small Milkshake from 2:00 PM-5:00 PM; Sample of Milkshakes from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM.
Friday: All day fully dress as a cow to get a free meal. At the mall location from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM there will be a birthday party for the baby cow-contest, cake, and party favors. At the 135 Location there will be a petting zoo and even fireworks!
Hopefully you can take adventure of some of these opportunities next week. And I would be sure to check your local Chick-fil-a to see if they will be running any other promotions during the week.
Happy 4th of July! May it be filled with free fun.
