Ok Lords and Ladies, I must make a confession. Before I got pregnant with the youngest princess (who will be 14 months this week), I was working out on a very regular basis. In fact, I was actually 6 weeks pregnant and didn’t know it when I rode my bike 160 miles, across the state of Indiana, in one day. Early on in the pregnancy I tried to work out on the same level but I’ll spare you the details and just say the wheels fell off so to speak. And then after she was born, yikes she NEVER slept. Now she finally sleeps regularly and I’m beginning to get back on track. That’s right 8 of the last 11 days I have hit the gym and hit it hard. And I don’t plan on stopping any time soon. Bally Total Fitness is my gym of choice, simply because I’ve been going there forever and have gym friends there (they almost passed out when I showed up at spinning last week) AND because I got a killer deal this year to renew.
